This role focuses on supporting the eHealth team through efficient scheduling, inventory management, and documentation of COVID testing protocols. With at least three years in office administration, you will ensure operational efficiency and compliance with KO policies. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while fostering professional rapport with staff and communities will help you thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete various administrative duties to aid eHealth staff
• Manage inventory controls and order supplies
• Organize travel and meeting logistics for the team
• Document minutes and maintain a professional office calendar
• Assist with COVID testing protocols and relative training
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent with 3 years’ administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of office management and technology
• Ability to prioritize tasks with excellent time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document preparation
• Class “G” Driver’s License and reliable transportation
