Take charge as an IT Operations Project Coordinator, managing efficient workflows and enhancing client relationships. This position balances project management, ticket oversight, and payroll administration.
We're seeking a skilled coordinator to ensure smooth IT operations for our Managed Service Provider.
Your role will involve milestone monitoring, vendor liaison, and managing our ticketing system. You’ll also handle payroll processes and help organize documentation for improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep sales orders and vendor engagements on track
• Follow up with vendors regarding orders
• Process payroll records and validate timesheets
• Proactively manage ticketing updates and escalations
• Draft meeting minutes and track action item completion
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a project coordination function
• Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems (Autotask)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks
