The Faculty of Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. Candidates should have a four-year degree and five years of relevant experience in complex administrative settings. The ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate accuracy in document handling is vital. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work independently will contribute to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Dean’s office
• Manage office systems and filing procedures
• Compose business correspondence and minutes of meetings
• Coordinate projects and meet overlapping deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
Requirements:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of administrative experience in complex environments
• Typing speed of 55 wpm
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies
