This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers will handle inbound communication, issue security passes, and greet guests professionally. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, record maintenance, and document management are also key aspects of your daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and determine purpose of their visit
• Manage multi‑line phone system and direct calls
• Perform administrative tasks like transcription and invoicing
• Schedule appointments and update calendars accordingly
• Provide information about company departments and services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Familiarity with administrative procedures required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
