MNP is seeking a Receptionist to support both internal and external clients effectively. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of office experience, alongside excellent organization and time management skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception switchboard and direct calls effectively
• Greet clients and manage visitor check-ins
• Provide courteous service in-person and over the phone
• Process and distribute courier packages and mail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office supplies
Requirements:
• 1 year of clerical experience in a professional setting
• Post-secondary education in administration preferred
• Strong organizational abilities for task management
• Capable of multitasking in a busy environment
• Team-oriented with a client-first approach
