Become a vital part of our Corporate Services team as an Executive Assistant in Langley, BC. Optimize executive schedules and handle high-level administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will manage calendars, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This role emphasizes detail-oriented work and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, enhancing overall team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize complex calendars and prioritize meetings
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
• Facilitate communication among executives and stakeholders
• Capture detailed meeting minutes and action items
• Arrange travel plans and reconcile expenses
Requirements:
• Experience as an Executive Assistant (2-3 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Power Point
• Familiarity with the grocery industry is advantageous
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communicator
