As a Technical Document Administrator, you will play a critical role in the Quality department supporting aircraft maintenance and regulatory compliance by managing technical documentation, records, and manuals in support of safe and efficient MRO operations.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical documentation support for aviation projects and maintenance activitiesGenerate, review, and maintain working documentation in accordance with customer statements of work, regulatory requirements, and company proceduresEnsure customer and regulatory documentation requirements are accurately captured and maintainedReview, copy, archive, and maintain aircraft technical records and related documentationIssue, revise, and maintain technical manuals and documents within the technical library systemReview, copy, archive, and maintain employee technical training records, competency matrices, and related documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and record management processesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure technical and training documentation accuracy and completenessMaintain compliance with company, customer, and aviation regulatory standards, including supporting OEM reporting requirementsUtilize electronic systems and databases to manage technical records and documentationPerform other related duties as assignedBasic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalentExperience preparing, reviewing, or maintaining detailed technical documentationStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and ExcelExperience using technical records/document management systemsAbility to interpret aviation technical documents, including technical bulletins, alert service bulletins, ATA systems, and applicable aviation regulationsDemonstrated ability to prepare and review technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy and completenessAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate technical information effectively in written and verbal formats
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting aviation maintenance, MRO, or aerospace operationsFamiliarity with aircraft technical records management and regulatory compliance requirementsExperience working within quality-driven or regulated environmentsBenefits That Make Life Better
