We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support our Purchasing team.

What You Will Do
Create and issue purchase orders accurately and on time
Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
Maintain and update purchasing and inventory data in the system
Communicate with vendors on order confirmations and updates
Support the team with quotes, data collection, and reporting
Your Experience
Interest or education in business or supply chain
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with vendors and internal teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency with Excel and computer systems; ERP experience is an asset
Experience in a purchasing, coordination, or administrative role is an asset
Hours of Work: 8 am - 4:30 pm
