The Project Coordinator role combines elements of Project Management and Account Partnership. This position is primarily responsible for:
- Managing the progression of creative, print and digital deliverables through the agency review process, with extensive use of Wrike, the agency’s workflow management platform.
- Collaborating closely with Account Partnership to support formal submissions within clients’ regulatory review systems.
The Project Coordinator role requires regular interaction with all agency departments and cross-functional brand teams to ensure adherence to established review processes and routing best practices. This position provides a strong foundation for individuals pursuing a career in Project Management or Account Partnership.
Key Job Responsibilities(Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)
- Accurately records and monitors the progression of multiple concurrent workflow routes within Wrike, ensuring visibility and accessibility for agency team members throughout the review and approval process
- Collaborates with internal Project Managers to support the timely completion of deliverables and adherence to established deadlines.
- Proactively identifies, troubleshoots, and escalates issues related to timelines or review materials to the appropriate Project Manager.
- Acquires and applies knowledge of tagging and linking protocols to support Account Partnership in the preparation and submission of materials within regulatory review systems.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Exhibits a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Provides support across additional Project Management and Account Partnership activities as required.
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- Must be willing to work West Coast hours
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proactive and detail oriented
- Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
