Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator for our on-site location in Langley, BC. This role involves supporting customers with their heavy equipment rental needs, ensuring a seamless rental process from initial inquiries to equipment returns. Key responsibilities include handling customer service requests, maintaining accurate rental records, creating invoices, and coordinating equipment logistics. The Rental Coordinator will act as a vital part of the team, delivering top-notch customer satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional customer experience and address inquiries professionally.
Proficiency or experience with Heavy Equipment operations, industry terminology, or equipment familiarity.
Experience in Invoicing and maintaining accurate records for smooth transactional processes.
Proven ability to manage Customer Satisfaction, build strong relationships, and ensure prompt support for customer needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency with office software and rental management systems is an asset.
Prior experience in the construction equipment industry or a related field is considered an advantage.
