Join our team in Langley, BC as a full-time Purchaser with a salary between $80,000 and $82,000. This role is focused on the procurement of essential business equipment and materials.
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and be adept at consulting with suppliers to develop and negotiate contract terms. Responsibilities will also include assessing organizational needs and establishing delivery schedules. This position requires a strong understanding of purchasing processes and logistics organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase general and specialized equipment
• Assess and develop necessary specifications
• Negotiate offers and award contracts
• Oversee operational logistics and delivery
• Resolve issues with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
• Completion of a 1-2 year college program
• 2 to 3 years of purchasing experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Must work on-site in Langley, BC
• Able to supervise 1 to 2 people
