You will oversee the enhancement of Service and Parts Operations by working closely with the National Manager and Dealer Business Managers.
Your role includes analyzing financial statements and KPI reports to identify actionable insights for business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with substantial automotive industry experience who aims to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expert in Retailer processes and initiatives
• Analyze KPIs and financial reports thoroughly
• Support and develop service improvement strategies
• Monitor Retailer performance via KPI dashboards
• Conduct formal training sessions for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred
• 5 years of automotive industry experience required
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Project management and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
