Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and distribute purchase orders punctually and accurately
• Track and follow up on open purchase orders with suppliers
• Maintain detailed purchasing and inventory data in the system
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding orders
• Assist with quotes, data collection, and team reporting
Requirements:
• Background or interest in business or supply chain
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy in data entry
• Capable of navigating a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication with internal and external parties
• Knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems is a plus
