At Etihad Town, we are expanding our global presence and seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales – Canada to lead our Etihad Town sales operations, strategic alliances, and business growth initiatives within the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall sales function for Etihad Town in Canada, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and generate high-value investment opportunities.
* Manage and grow direct sales, broker networks, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, real estate agencies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
* Drive business development initiatives to identify new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
* Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams to ensure consistent target achievement.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable Canadian regulations while effectively promoting Etihad Town’s real estate portfolio in Pakistan.### Requirements
* 08 - 10 years of Real Estate sales leadership experience.
* Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and leading large-scale sales operations.
* Strong experience in direct sales, channel sales, and broker/dealer network management.
* Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Experience working within the Canadian market and managing B2B sales partnerships.
* Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
* Sound understanding of international real estate investment sales; knowledge of the Pakistan real estate sector will be an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, eligible to work full-time in Canada.
