Position: Operations Coordinator at Select Fluid Power

In this onsite role, you will enhance service delivery through coordinating shipping activities, purchasing supplies, and maintaining accurate job reports. You’ll be at the heart of operations, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills to drive improvements and deliver quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and update statuses

• Manage logistics for shipping and receiving

• Procure shop supplies and necessary services

• Maintain job databases and distribute reports

• Schedule maintenance for shop and vehicles

Requirements:

• One year of prior administrative experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid driver's license for pickups
