Drive financial forecasting for construction projects at Axiom Builders. As a Project Controller, you will focus on cost efficiency while collaborating closely with project teams.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure accurate and timely cost forecasts that predict project financial health. Your expertise in identifying risks and variances will help enhance the stability of residential construction projects. Engage with project teams to align forecasts with real-world scenarios while supporting overall portfolio-level financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cost forecasts aligned with project schedules
• Quantify risks and build scenario models for evaluation
• Provide early warnings through clear forecast narratives
• Analyze actual costs against budget to identify trends
• Support portfolio level cashflow and margin forecasting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Finance, or related field
• 10 years of experience, with 5+ in cost forecasting
• Strong understanding of construction delivery processes
• Advanced Excel skills for financial data analysis
• Excellent communication for translating cost insights
