We seek a dedicated Commercial Services Advisor to support our business banking processes. Your expertise in financial analysis and member relations will drive our customer engagement efforts.
As a Commercial Services Advisor, you will provide essential support to our sales team in various tasks such as credit analysis, report preparation, and member inquiries.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our service offerings and driving business development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing various financial and operational reports
• Support credit investigations and profitability analysis
• Conduct member follow-ups for annual reviews and necessary documentation
• Address inquiries and recommend additional services to clients
• Boost our collections efforts by managing documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma with a relevant certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a lending role
• Proficient in organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail with high accuracy
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
