You will provide foundational support to finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with University policies. Key responsibilities include processing invoices and expense claims, monitoring P-Card activities, and assisting with month-end reconciliations. Your organizational skills will greatly contribute to enhanced financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial transactions including invoices and expense claims
• Support basic account reconciliations and month-end processes
• Provide professional support to departments and vendors
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial processes
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
