• Provide strategic financial analysis to site leadership
• Lead financial reviews and variance analysis processes
• Develop the Annual Operating Plan and forecasting system
• Oversee inventory management and cost standards
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for cost management

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting, ideally in manufacturing
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• Robust analytical and communication capability
• Ability to travel for leadership meetings
