Finance Coordinator Events Centre

Exciting opportunity as a Finance Coordinator with Ten Feet Sports and Entertainment Ltd. at the Langley Events Centre. This position will focus on vital financial tasks, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll management.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed accurately. Key tasks include maintaining financial records, completing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, and assisting with tax preparation. Candidates with strong organizational skills and financial analysis abilities will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records for all financial transactions

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure coding correctness

• Create weekly revenue reports for multiple locations

• Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve issues

• Aid in tax submissions and auditing processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Minimum one year of relevant financial experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required

• Proficient in Excel and Sage 50 software

• Willingness to undergo a Police Information Check
