You will be part of Marcon's Financial Planning, Analysis & Risk team, working to optimize financial models and performance metrics. This position emphasizes collaboration across various teams to ensure that financial analysis directly supports business goals and enhances ongoing project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create integrated financial models and forecasts
• Develop executive reports detailing performance insights
• Analyze operational risks and financial requirements
• Work on reporting needs for lenders and partners
• Boost financial visibility and cash flow management
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in finance or data analytics
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and planning
• Degree or certification in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• CPA or CFA progress/certification ideal
• Advanced Excel and problem-solving skills
