Marcon is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to enhance its Financial Planning, Analysis, and Risk team. You will be integral in developing transparent financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments that influence decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage financial models and forecasts
• Support executive reporting on project metrics
• Analyze financial risks for stakeholders
• Drive improvements in financial management reporting
• Collaborate with teams for enhanced cash flow insights
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of relevant finance experience
• Expertise in financial modeling
• Degree in Finance or a related discipline
• High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
