Hotel Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor, you will play an essential role in the hotel by balancing ledger accounts, preparing operational reports, and assisting arriving guests. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills along with knowledge of hotel management principles. Bilingual candidates in English and French are highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and inventory of vacancies

• Register and assign rooms to guests

• Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively

• Compile and check daily records and receipts

• Process payments and present account statements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

• Preferred completion of hospitality-related apprenticeship

• Experience in customer service and management

• Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting practices

• Ability to build lasting relationships with guests
