Talent Acquisition Specialist; Hybrid

Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute recruitment campaigns and support hiring across the organization.

• Develop recruitment campaigns to attract qualified and motivated candidates.
• Generate and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing and effective use of internal and external tracking systems.
• Develop, track and analyze all recruiting programs to optimize ROI and conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
• Coordinate and execute client engagement meetings as needed.
• Develop and/or update job descriptions in consultation with Operations and Compensation administrators.
• Post vacancies through internal and external venues.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, reference checks and work with recruitment agencies when necessary to meet company requirements.
• Manage all logistics around the interviewing process.
• Lead candidate evaluation discussions, providing feedback to Operations on employment references and background checks.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources; preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Previous agency recruitment experience or an HR professional designation is an asset.
• Proven track record in recruiting and talent selection methods.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, interviewing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applicant tracking systems.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures.
• Leadership skills: ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects while championing the desired culture across the business.
• Results‑focused mindset balancing high quality service with strong business acumen and decision making.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change, rapidly adjusting to new information or unexpected obstacles.

Base Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. We reward high performance, teamwork, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
