Support our HR and accounting functions as a Store Administrator. You'll be integral to recruiting new talent and managing payroll duties efficiently.
Join our dynamic team as a Store Administrator, where you'll act as a liaison for HR queries and oversee payroll. You'll also be responsible for recruiting hourly staff, ensuring suitable onboarding, and maintaining our employee database. Your ability to lead will help cultivate a welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary HR contact for store inquiries
• Manage payroll and accounts payable efficiently
• Recruit and facilitate orientations for hourly positions
• Keep the employee database up-to-date
• Handle office tasks assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
• Familiarity with internal systems is an asset
• Must be available for days and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent at multitasking and organization
• Proficient in PC Applications, especially Outlook and Excel
