In this pivotal role, the Media Mint HR and Office Manager will oversee HR administration and ensure compliance for the Canada office. Collaborating with leadership, your responsibilities will include supporting employee relations, office operations, and various HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Act as the local HR contact for employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
• Maintain relationships with facility management and resources
• Manage client visits and local operational improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or office management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR systems
