Reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition, your focus will be on creating compensation structures that attract and retain skilled professionals. Your experience with HR systems will ensure seamless operation and compliance within our diverse HR practices, fostering a workplace that values inclusivity and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective total rewards programs across the organization
• Lead job evaluations and internal equity assessments
• Manage and optimize Supply Ontario’s HCMS operations
• Ensure compliance with HR legislation and policies
• Provide data collection and performance measure reports
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in compensation, benefits, and HCMS
• 2+ years in HR project settings
• Strong knowledge of HR analytics and system optimization
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
