Position: Administrator for Payroll & Benefits at TWU
Support payroll operations at Trinity Western University as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. This 28-hour part-time role is focused on payroll processing and employee inquiries with flexibility around the payroll cycle.

As part of the People & Culture team, you will ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll transactions while addressing employee issues. The position reports to the Team Lead and involves maintaining payroll records and providing support for benefits administration. Your attention to detail will help streamline processes and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely payroll processing for new hires and changes

• Maintain accurate electronic payroll files

• Address inquiries regarding payroll policies from staff

• Prepare and submit benefit reports monthly

• Reconcile payroll deductions with invoices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in payroll administration

• Familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations and compliance

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365; ADP skills a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to confidentiality and data security
