As a key member reporting to the Corporate HR Manager, you will manage HR functions over five locations and lead a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess considerable HR experience, particularly in union settings, and will excel in coaching and developing both HR staff and operational leaders through complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations for five locations in BC
• Provide coaching and support on employee relations
• Conduct workplace investigations and develop resolutions
• Manage the Collective Agreement and engage with unions
• Lead collective bargaining committees
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Five or more years in progressive HR roles
• Experience in unionized environments for at least three years
• Proven HR team leadership
• Valid driver's license and travel willingness
