Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a high-quality mining workforce
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly work objectives
• Supervise foreman’s activities and site work
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards
• Plan labor and development activities for ramp projects
Requirements:
• College diploma in mining technology or vocational equivalent
• 8 years mining industry experience
• 5 years of supervisory experience required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s and explosives licenses
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
