Take the helm as Vice President of Real Estate, Facilities & Procurement s remote leadership role is pivotal in optimizing property management and vendor relationships.
As Vice President, you'll be directly reporting to the CEO, and will manage Auto Canada's real estate portfolio alongside directing procurement strategies for facilities and construction services. Your extensive executive experience will be vital in driving performance and accountability within the teams, while ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives. The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Govern asset valuation and real estate portfolio strategy
- Manage all aspects of construction and compliance
- Develop compliant procurement strategies across services
- Lead supplier performance management and governance
- Recruit and develop high-performing teams for procurement
- Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Business, or similar field
- 10+ years of executive leadership in real estate
- Demonstrated success in strategy development
- Solid budgeting and financial insight
- Ability to travel for site visits and engagements
