Overview
Drive operational excellence as a Senior Plant Manager with Thomson Power Systems in Langley, BC. Spearhead safety and quality initiatives while managing a dynamic team.
In this key role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and embed a culture focused on zero incidents through effective EHS practices. With a requirement for 7+ years in operations leadership and 3+ years as a plant manager, you will guide lean improvement initiatives that enhance overall performance. Building solid internal and external supplier relationships is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead teams to meet AOP and business goals
- Implement safety initiatives following OSHA and EPA guidance
- Mentor and coach operational leaders in best practices
- Drive continuous improvement with lean methodologies
- Develop strategic relationships with suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 7 years in progressive leadership roles
- Minimum 3 years of plant management experience
- Knowledge of lean tools and ISO 9001:2015
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
