Lead the way in communication with Trinity Western University as the Communications Manager. Develop engaging strategies to enhance transparency and foster a positive organizational culture.
In this strategic role, you will oversee comprehensive communication initiatives that resonate with faculty, staff, and students, while also addressing external audiences. Engage with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, including SharePoint and Jenzabar. Your leadership will encourage omnichannel communication that promotes effective engagement and alignment throughout the University.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive communications strategies with stakeholders
• Execute timely content delivery through various digital channels
• Create editorial calendars aligning with University events
• Support executive communication initiatives and protocols
• Lead direct reports and foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 5-7 years of management experience in communications
• Proficient in SharePoint and email platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
