Location: Fort Langley
Join the food services team as an on-site Food Services Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest service quality standards. Lead staff and maintain operational compliance.
This role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and is focused on staffing, scheduling, and managing daily operations. You will evaluate performance, organize inventory, and negotiate with suppliers to maintain effective service. Addressing customer feedback and managing events are also key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance daily operational efficiency
• Monitor and manage staff performance
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Ensure health and safety regulations adherence

Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 3 to 5 years of experience in food services management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in supplier negotiations
