You’ll oversee bio-security protocols, maintain production documentation, and be responsible for the effectiveness of crop-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate activities among farm workers

• Supervise adherence to safety and bio-security standards

• Maintain production and quality control records

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a farm supervisory role
