In this key managerial role, you will lead the maintenance and operational oversight of L’Arche Stratford's properties and vehicles. Your expertise in property management, health and safety compliance, and contractor coordination will ensure high standards of upkeep. Collaborating with community leadership, you will cultivate an inclusive atmosphere reflecting L’Arche’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance and cleaning personnel effectively
• Oversee property upkeep, including landscaping and repairs
• Implement preventative maintenance systems and schedules
• Coordinate inspections and compliance across properties
• Lead long-term property improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience in property maintenance and facility operations
• Valid G Class driver’s license with driving experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of L’Arche’s mission and values preferred
Support and enhance the properties of L’Arche while fostering a collaborative and community-focused environment.
