The Project Management Office is looking for project management individuals with strong communications and coordination skills who can use facilitation and analytical thinking techniques to help advance change and empower others to see its benefits. Your Role

As a Senior Transformation Management Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and communicating project objectives, expected outcomes, and success factors while monitoring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working with diverse stakeholders to provide project management and change management services across a broad range of horizontal projects.
  • Performing regular project health checks by proactively monitoring work against plan to identify and address project blockers and risks.
  • Applying change management competencies and practices to support the delivery and adoption of the Project Management Office’s portfolio.
  • Developing, supporting, and tracking project benefits realization.
Essential Qualifications Education

University degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and relevant job knowledge will also be considered.

Language Requirements

Bilingual imperative with proficiency at B2 level. If you are unsure of your proficiency level, you may self‑assess here.

Experience
  • Leading or supporting complex organization‑wide projects, including managing scope, resources, schedules, finances, and adhering to stage gate quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Managing risks, issues, and project changes to ensure successful project delivery and meeting expected outcomes.
  • Proactively communicating with all levels of stakeholders including the project team, business lines and senior management.
  • Creating or applying portfolio management frameworks to support portfolio analysis and project prioritization techniques.
  • Creating and executing organizational change management strategies and plans, delivering various products with a focus on change readiness, business adoption, benefits articulation, and achieving results and business outcomes.
  • Preparing and delivering material, products, and outputs for senior management and governance committees.
  • Significant experience (at least +2 years) using MS 365 tools and apps at an advanced level.
