As TYLin's Senior Benefits Manager, you will spearhead the design and management of employee health, retirement, and wellness programs. This role is essential for aligning benefits strategies with business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance in both the U.S. and Canada. Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and optimizing vendor relations for cost efficiency and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design robust health and retirement benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations
• Monitor benefit trends and performance data
• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and brokers
• Develop impactful employee communication strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
• 15+ years of North American benefits administration experience
• Deep regulatory knowledge of U.S. and Canadian practices
• Strong project management capabilities overseeing integrations
• Preferred certifications include CEBS or CBP
