Join TNDC as a Mine Site Supervisor, responsible for operations at the KSM Seabridge Mine in British Columbia. This rotational role focuses on safety, productivity, and leadership.

As a Supervisor, you will provide guidance and coordination to achieve project objectives while mentoring the local Tahltan workforce. Working in a remote setting, your responsibilities include leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards in safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations with a safety-first approach

• Collaborate with teams to achieve department goals

• Conduct performance evaluations and training

• Report and document all safety incidents accurately

• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience required

• Online Mine Supervisor Certification is essential

• Proficient in civil construction with equipment operation experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract required
