Job Overview
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties.

Education level:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Required skills:
1 year to less than 2 years experience as a farm supervisor
