Location: Surrey, BC (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

We are seeking a Bookkeeping Supervisor to lead and mentor a high-performing team of bookkeeping professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching people, building efficient processes, and working with a broad client base while remaining within public practice.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a large team of bookkeeping professionals.

Oversee workflow planning, resource allocation, quality control, and team performance.

Review bookkeeping files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm standards.

Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance management.

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Manage priorities across multiple client engagements while maintaining deadlines.

Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, efficiencies, and client experience.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
