Steel Detailing Project Manager Role

Take charge of cutting-edge steel detailing projects at DeSimone in Langley, BC. As a Project Manager, you’ll ensure quality and budget adherence while fostering strong client relationships.

This role requires overseeing the execution of steel detailing projects from start to finish, including planning, team management, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will be essential in guiding offshore and local teams through project execution phases, ensuring compliance with external and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients as the primary project contact

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of steel detailing projects

• Assess project performance against defined metrics

• Facilitate the documentation and contract management process

• Support change management and respond to RFIs

Requirements:

• At least 7 years’ experience in the steel industry

• Expertise in Tekla Structures and project coordination

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational capacity

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
