Health & Hospital Foundation Executive Director

Drive health improvement as Executive Director of Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation. Lead strategic fundraising and engage with the community to meet vital health needs.

In your role, reporting to the Board of Directors, you'll craft strategies that enhance the Foundation's mission and translate health needs into actionable priorities. Your leadership will connect donors with impactful community engagements while ensuring responsible financial stewardship and governance. A passion for community health and strong relationship skills will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead donor engagement and fundraising initiatives

• Foster relationships with local business and health partners

• Advocate for health priorities in the community

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance

• Drive Board effectiveness and transparency in governance

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in executive health care leadership

• Success in managing major fundraising campaigns

• Financial management and operational experience

• Capability to cooperate with diverse Board members

• Skills in building a high-performing, compassionate team
