Ministry Engagement Manager

Drive church partnerships and community engagement with Focus on the Family Canada as a Ministry Partnerships and Church Engagement Manager in Langley, BC. Shape strategic relationships while empowering communities through faith-based initiatives.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will enhance relationships with churches, denominations, and ministry organizations across Canada. Key responsibilities include developing partnerships, addressing community needs, and promoting Focus Canada’s programs and resources. Your leadership will guide initiatives that support clergy and ministry leaders while fostering strong community ties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relationships with churches and ministry partners

• Identify strategic partnership opportunities nationwide

• Lead departmental programs for community engagement

• Represent Focus Canada at conferences and events

• Promote core ministry initiatives and resources

Requirements:

• 3+ years of pastoral experience preferred

• Completion of a Bible College degree or Seminary graduation

• Public speaking and facilitation skills essential

• Strong networking capabilities with diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
