In this Head Bartender role, you will develop and maintain our cocktail menu, manage inventory controls, and lead bar operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fast-paced bar environments and a comprehensive knowledge of cocktails and wines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative cocktail recipes and lists

• Ensure cleanliness and order in the bar area

• Oversee product control and inventory processes

• Mentor bartenders on skills and cocktails

• Pay close attention to detail in service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality leadership experience

• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

• Experience in budgeting and menu development

• Completion of SIR certification for BC required

• Preferred valid Driving Licence
