In this role, you will manage daily activities in a casual setting, empower your team through mentorship, and ensure excellence in service. You’ll handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while overseeing budgets and front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-of-house staff activities and budgets
• Mentor, train, and evaluate team performance
• Ensure high standards for menu quality
• Update and enforce company policies and procedures
• Plan beverage service for special events
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years in restaurant supervision or related experience
• Ability to meet provincial registration standards
• FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds
