While experience is valued, we believe the right attitude and work ethic are equally important. Successful applicants should have:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Serving It Right (or equivalent certification) for servers, bartenders, and managers.
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience (preferred but not required for hosts and servers).
- Leadership experience for management roles (required for management applicants).
- Work with a supportive, friendly, and passionate team.
