Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems are highly desirable.
- Basic math skills are necessary for managing tabs and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- A background in customer service or food service is beneficial, showcasing your ability to interact positively with guests.
