As a Server, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment at our Wild Wing restaurant. Exceeding guest expectations will be your goal, as you apply your knowledge of food and beverages, manage orders, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. This position calls for teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master knowledge of beverages and menu items
• Set and clear tables to prepare for guests
• Process payments accurately via the Sky Tab System
• Actively promote menu items and current specials
• Safeguard product deliveries and ensure secure storage
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serving It Right certification required
• Previous experience in food and beverage preferred
• Must have a positive and team-oriented approach
• Proficient in handling payments, particularly through Sky Tab
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
