We are open a new Silk & Snow store in Langley (20085 Langley Bypass, Langly BC). Bring our customers all their sleep solutions and home décor in one location. When you purchase mattresses, bedding, bath, or furniture with us, you can rest easy knowing it is made with care.
As a Sales Associate you provide an unparalleled shopping experience for customers to elevate their home decor, bedroom aesthetics, and sleep.
In this current open role you will:- Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings.
- Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
- Work together as part of the sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
- Participate in visual directives in accordance with company product launches, including setting displays, merchandising products, and maintaining pricing signage.
- Be the face of our combined values, focusing on customer, wellness, transparency and sustainability.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the story behind our brand gets communicated to our customers.
- Create and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Have fun and promote creativity.
- Ideally 1‑3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service. This is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person.
- Passion for aesthetics and experience with home style and décor; design and visual merchandising would be an asset.
- A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
- Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
- Full‑time position; available to work any days, evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to exceed selling goals.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to tackle problems on your own.
- You are driven to constantly improve yourself and the experience you manage.
- Base pay salary of $20,800.00 plus competitive commission as well as monetary bonuses for meeting monthly targets. There are no limits to your earning potential.
